xRM for bespoke accounts software solutions and financial management
4xRM analysed how a European monetary fund could be managed and what would be the advantage of using xRM for a bespoke financial management application. The scenario is a fund divided in to a portfolio of financial products made available to small and medium size businesses through a Financial Product Manager. The fund management was keen to appreciate the effect on the small businesses, how it was used and the effect on a number of targets from turnover change to carbon management and employment increase. Then the portfolio needs to be assessed for effectiveness and where to reinvest legacy funds.
4xRM believe the specification is ideal for the rapid approach to building scalable flexible systems for financial management and offering accounts software solutions. Rather than building a database from scratch, xRM already provides the infrastructure for holding the data as well as the Microsoft user interface. Flexible reports facility are already in place, minimising the amount of customisation and risk for the project. The whole infrastructure uses the Microsoft security mechanism to make sure only the correct information is provided to the appropriate organisation and using a web portal the businesses can update their own information. The approach also allows flexibility as new products are introduced in the future. The environment really lends itself to the creation of rapid financial management solutions to automating business processes.
